The Terrā Grounding Sheet restores that contact while you sleep. Lay it across your mattress, connect it to the earth port of your wall outlet or directly into the soil outside, and sleep directly on the conductive fabric. No effort. No protocol. No adjustment to your routine. Just contact: the kind your nervous system was built for.
This is the night chapter of the Suēle day. Morning: you activated with light. Evening: you moved and recovered. Now: you return to earth.
Athletes in heavy training cycles: during periods of high training load, recovery is the competitive variable. The Terrā Sheet adds a recovery mechanism that runs automatically, every night, without adding to the protocol stack.
High-stress periods: when cortisol is elevated and the nervous system is dysregulated, grounding has been studied as a support for autonomic balance. A recoverable sleep starts here.
Wellness-intentional households: for those building an environment that genuinely supports health rather than simply sleeping in one, the Terrā Sheet is the foundation layer.
The Biohacker's overnight protocol: combined with optimised light exposure during the day and targeted recovery sessions, overnight grounding completes the full circadian recovery loop.

We believe a product should earn its place in your home.
Every SUĒLE product is backed by a 3 year Manufacturer Warranty and goes through extensive testing before it ever reaches you. We test our products both in controlled environments and in everyday use to ensure they perform consistently, safely, and reliably.
But we take it a step further.
Before any product is released, our founders personally use and test it in their daily routines for at least 6 months. If it does not meet our standards for quality, design, and real world performance, it simply does not launch.
This process ensures that when something carries the SUĒLE name, it is something we truly stand behind.
Built with intention. Tested in real life. Made to last.
Grounding reconnects your body to the Earth's natural electrical field. Direct contact allows free electrons to flow into your body — neutralising free radicals and restoring balance.
Your bare skin — feet, hands, or body — makes conductive contact with the Earth's surface: grass, soil, sand, or natural water. Indoor products can replicate this connection.
The Earth's surface carries a virtually unlimited supply of free electrons. Because the human body is highly conductive, electrons flow naturally into you on contact.
These electrons act as natural antioxidants, pairing with and neutralising positively charged free radicals that cause oxidative stress and cellular damage.
Inflammation reduces, cortisol normalises, blood viscosity decreases, and the nervous system shifts to a calmer parasympathetic state — promoting deep healing.
The Earth maintains a natural DC electrical field. When we connect to it, we become part of the planet's global electrical circuit — the way life has functioned for millions of years.
The Earth's surface is rich with electrons generated by solar radiation, lightning, and atmospheric processes — the most abundant antioxidant source available.
Your connective tissue forms a continuous conductive network — the "living matrix" — distributing electrons to every cell, organ, and system.
A growing body of peer-reviewed research suggests grounding supports multiple body systems through anti-inflammatory and nervous-system calming effects.
Free electrons neutralise inflammatory free radicals, reducing chronic low-grade inflammation — a root driver of many modern diseases.
Core BenefitHelps normalise cortisol with the natural 24-hour circadian cycle, promoting deeper and more restorative sleep patterns.
CortisolIncreases the zeta potential of red blood cells, reducing blood viscosity and enhancing cardiovascular circulation.
CardiovascularShifts the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) dominance.
Nervous SystemAccelerates tissue repair and wound closure by improving circulation and reducing inflammation around damaged tissue.
RecoveryImproved HRV during grounding — a key marker of cardiovascular health and autonomic nervous system resilience.
HRVWith reduced inflammation and better sleep, many practitioners report noticeably higher energy and reduced fatigue.
VitalityLower cortisol and a calmer nervous system may reduce anxiety, depression, and mental fog.
Mental HealthGrounding research spans over two decades of peer-reviewed studies across inflammation, cardiovascular science, sleep medicine, and wound healing.

Grounding can be done naturally outdoors or with purpose-built products indoors.
The simplest method. Walk barefoot on grass, soil, sand, or stone for 20–30 minutes daily. Moist earth is the most conductive.
Oceans, lakes, and rivers are naturally conductive. Swimming or wading grounds your entire body simultaneously.
Connect to the grounding port of your wall outlet or an external ground rod for overnight or workspace grounding.
Shoes with conductive soles allow electron transfer while walking, bridging modern life and Earth connection.
Grounding is supported by a growing number of peer-reviewed studies showing measurable effects on inflammation, blood viscosity, cortisol, and sleep. While research is expanding, the results are very promising.
Even 20–30 minutes daily can produce noticeable effects. For best results, ground as much as possible — including during sleep with grounding sheets.
They connect to the Earth via the grounding wire in your outlet or a ground rod. Clinical studies have used these products and demonstrated measurable physiological changes.
Absolutely — they complement each other beautifully. Red light works at the mitochondrial level while grounding works through the body's electrical system. Together they address healing from multiple pathways.
No known harmful side effects. Some people feel a mild tingling initially. As always, consult a healthcare provider alongside any wellness practice.
