For orders under R500, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

At TechIt, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at techitstoreza@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
