Refund policy

At TechItStoreZA (Pty) Ltd ("Techitstore"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our red light therapy products. If for any reason you are not happy, we’ve set out clear guidelines below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns

  • You may return most items within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

⚠️ Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, wearable red light therapy products (for example, belts, mats, masks etc.) can only be returned if they are unused and sealed in original packaging.


2. Exchanges

  • If your product is defective or arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded.


4. Warranty

  • All red light therapy devices comes with a 6–12 month limited warranty (depending on the specific product).

  • This covers manufacturing defects only, not damage caused by misuse, drops, unauthorized repairs, or any other detrimental conduct.

  • Warranty claims will be assessed, and we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items or promotional offers (e.g., “Special Offer”, “Bundle Discounts”) are non-refundable unless defective.


6. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact us at info@techitstore.co.za to receive the return address and instructions.

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
