Free same day delivery only applicable to orders in main areas of CPT place before 11am the same day
We offer free shipping on all orders over R500 within South Africa!
For orders under R500, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times typically range from 1–5 business days, depending on your location. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
At suēle, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at hi@suele.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
