Set the panel to 100% intensity and use it on your face and neck for 10 to 15 minutes each morning. Position it 20 to 30 cm away from your face. Keep your protective glasses on and let the 660nm red light stimulate collagen and energise your skin for the day ahead.

Use the door hook or frame stand to position the panel as close as possible to problem areas like knees or lower back or shoulders. Set your timer for 15 to 20 minutes and use daily or as needed for ongoing relief.
Tips for Best Results
Bare skin gives you the best absorption so remove clothing or makeup or sunscreen from the treatment area before each session. Consistency matters more than session length so aim for at least 4 to 5 sessions per week. Most people see noticeable results within 2 to 4 weeks.
